§ 6 Shipping costs (national)
Within the Federal Republic of Germany, we generally deliver the goods free of charge.
§ 7 Shipping costs (international)
(1) The shipping costs for an order to Austria are a flat rate of 11.90 euros per 31 kg of transport weight or part thereof.
(2) The shipping costs of an order to
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
The flat rate is €19.90 per 31 kg of transport weight (or part thereof).
(3) The transport weight is the sum of all individual weights per carton as specified in the respective product descriptions. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the online shops up to a total weight of 620 kg. Shipping costs for transport weights exceeding this limit must be obtained by telephone before placing an order.
(4) Delivery to other countries (worldwide) is generally possible, but only after prior agreement regarding the amount and distribution of shipping costs and any additional costs, such as customs duties or special shipping methods. The customer is responsible for complying with national import regulations for the respective products. We assume no responsibility for the conformity of our products with national guidelines and regulations outside the European Union (EU).
§ 13 Return of items no longer needed by the customer
(1) The above provisions regarding cancellation and return apply in principle. We are not obligated to accept returns of goods beyond the periods and deadlines specified therein. Returns as a gesture of goodwill can only be considered for complete and undamaged packaging units (original packaging, unopened inner packaging and films) and do not establish any legal obligation.
(2) The following categories of items are generally excluded from return after the expiry of the withdrawal period:
- Ribbons and ribbon cassettes;
- Paper rolls whose imprints no longer comply with technical or legal standards at the time of the return request;
- all items whose ingredients no longer meet technical or legal standards at the time of the return request;
- all items purchased more than a year ago;
- Custom-made products.
(3) It is therefore incumbent upon the customer to determine the order quantity of each item based on his quantity requirements.
