Etikettenrollen aus Normalpapier
Normalpapier-Bonrollen sind holzfreie ungestrichene Papiere, die für Aufdrucke mit Tinte geeignet sind. Normalpapiere bestehen überwiegend aus Zellulose. Ergänzend beinhalten sie zur Herstellung der benötigten Papiergüte aber auch chemische Inhaltsstoffe, wie z.B. Leime, Füllstoffe und Aufheller innerhalb gesetzlicher Grenzwerte. Ein Hautkontakt mit Normalpapier-Bonrollen ist unbedenklich.
Etikettenrollen aus Thermopapier
Thermorollen bestehen aus einseitig beschichteten Normalpapierrollen (siehe Hinweise zu Etikettenrollen aus Normalpapier). Die Beschichtung dient dazu, unter Wärmeeinwirkung ein Bild zu erzeugen. Die unterschiedlichen Arten von Beschichtungen enthalten im Rahmen gesetzlicher Grenzwerte Inhaltsstoffe, die bei Hautkontakt oder beim Einatmen allergische oder andere gesundheitliche Reaktionen hervorrufen können. Zu diesen möglichen Inhaltsstoffen gehören Farb- und Klebstoffe bzw. Bindemittel, je nach Kennzeichnung aber auch Bisphenole.

The roll consists entirely of usable label material, which we offer in our patented premium Thermo-TOP quality. A special coating on the label surface ensures that the windings on the roll remain removable for printing, despite their adhesive layer. Because linerless labels are eliminated, they offer significantly more material per roll, thus considerably reducing your company's environmental footprint.
Where are linerless labels used?
Linerless labels are the ideal solution for all applications where the label length is variable or waste needs to be avoided. They are primarily used in modern weighing systems for fresh produce (meat, cheese, fruit & vegetables) because they allow for printing ingredient lists and nutritional information of varying lengths without changing labels. They are also gaining importance in logistics and the food service industry, as they offer greater capacity with fewer roll changes. Please note: Since the rolls are supplied as continuous material, you will need a printer with an integrated cutter.
